Carrie Cole has been specializing in divorce for over 20 years. The ideal goal is to have clients agree to a fair settlement and to save as much money as possible in fees.  

Carrie can advocate for one person or work with both parties.  She has testified in court and negotiated against fierce legal competitors. On the flip side, she is a trained mediator and currently works with the Collaborative professionals in Michigan.  A fair settlement is about having known the details of each asset and the needs of each person involved.  Success is also about being a good negotiator and paying attention to the details.  The more prepared someone is, the better the outcome.

Getting education BEFORE the process begins is important.  However, if the negotiating process is breaking down, bringing clarity and solutions to the situation often leads to a better outcome.
